Yes it´s Håkon L Strom from Norway, the picture is from the Hill Climb at
Classic Car Week in Rättvik, Sweden (http://www.classiccarweek.com/).

Thank you for all the wonderful pictures Peter. The last picture, of the 
1964 with number 8 on the door, I believe belongs in Norway? It looks like 
the car owned by Mr.Håkon Lunde Strøm of Kongsberg south of Oslo. Both him 
and me "running" the norwegian WPC-club. We often go over to Sweden for 
mopar meets in the summer.
