Dear Group,
                   After 7 days of rain our '58 Plymouth Belvedere
won't start, the lights stay lit and don't dim yet the starter
doesn't crank. It's almost as if there is a neutral safety switch in play,
as when you attempt to use the starter when in D(rive) or
R(everse). Maybe it's a solenoid?  Help!
