To My Forward Look List Friends,

        I had heard that Jim Osborne had passed away not long ago. Is someone
else still running the business? I know that I had always had good luck
dealing with Mr. Osborne, and I certainly hope that a member of his
family has carried on with the business, and the tradition of honest,
reliable service.
