The VIN is stamped on a plate attached to the left front door hinge pillar.
Chrysler did not start stamping the VIN on fender tag or body until 1969 and
drivetrain parts until 1968.

Chrysler did stamp the shipping order number on the body and on the fender
tag prior to 1968.
