Hi,
As I get ready to re-assemble
the dash on my 59 Ply wagon, I took apart the instrument panel. The
plastic cover over the speedometer showed a lot of fine scratching from 45+
years of wiping and dusting off.
I cleaned it well with window
cleaner then used a plastic windshield / face shield, polisher I got from
my local Harley dealer.
It took out nearly all of the fine scratches and it
sure looks a lot clearer.
Just in case anyone is
thinking of sprucing up their speedo and guage covers.
