[FWDLK] Disk brakes

Hello All and Happy new year. Has anyone done a disk brake conversion on a 57 Plymouth? I'd like to be
able to stop at as close to the same distance as a newer car( so as to aviod collision) in stop and go, as well as hi-way traffic.
