I had a problem trying to download from the forwardlook sight also, it was
locking up at 39%.  My fix was to go right to microsoft.com and download
straight from microsoft free downloads.  After doing this all you have to do
to get to forwardlook is enter ils.forwardlook.net as the server you wish to
use.
