I'm beginning to tear down my front end to replace tie rod ends, ball joints etc. and have a question about the ends on my steering linkage arm. The ends seem O.K. except that there is little or no grease in them or it's just solidified. An acquaintance suggested that I just install a grease fitting in them (there is not one now) and put them back in place. Is this wise advice or trouble later? A new arm from a catalog was $230 plus exchange and grease fitting is 50 (hey there is no cents key on my keyboard) cents. It seems like a no brainer unless any of you have a horror story or other advice. Deane 60Polara
