I too have to admit to excellent fuel economy with my 58 Plymouth and it's
318. The engine has 2500 miles on it. I would have to say I am getting 15-19
mpg. Most of it is highway. I also run a torqueflite. I would think it would
be better than a powerflite as far as mileage is concerned(?)
