Hello, folks! Over the past few weeks, I've posted some ads for cars for sale. I have had several people interested, but no bites. I am in a bind and really need to sell these cars soon, so I am entertaining offers. Here are the cars: 1956 Imperial 2 Door Hardtop, pink with white top, 354 Hemi, power steering, power brakes, power windows, power seats, torqueflite tranny, gas fired heat, and good glass and chrome all around. The car has since 1981. I bought it as a project February but never got a chance to work on it. I have not attempted to get it running. It has very little rust - solid floors, rocker panels, and trunk, and only small rust holes in fenders and rear quarters. 1959 Coronet Custom Royal 2 door Hardtop, two tone pink, 361, power steering, power brakes, swivel seat. I bought the car fpr a parts car for my other '59, but upon cleaning it up, decided it was too complete and solid to part out. It was, however, partially parted out when I bought it. It is missing the carb, radiator, side trim, and rear end. It was missing the radio, speaker grille, ignition switch and headlight switch, but I picked up those items at a salvage yard and would include them with the car. In addition, I have since put in a '68 rear end so that the car can be moved around. It has rust through in the trunk and parts of the rocker pannels. Floors are solid. The cars are in Fort Collins, Colorado, about an hour north of Denver. I was asking $3000 for the Imperial and $1000 for the Coronet, but will entertain reasonable offers. If interseted, let me know what you feel they are worth and I will see if I can afford to let them go for your price. I have pictures scanned of the cars if you would like to see them. Thanks, Eric Skowron |
