Been there, done that !  The only thing more tedious and time consuming
than lining up windows is lining up body panels.  Best advice is to read
shop manual chapter on glass alignment thoroughly.  Then read it again.
Once you understand what each adjustment thing does, then you'll be able to
fix a misalignment when it occurs.  Allow a full day to get it right.  Then
you won't be rushed.

Is it just me? I am reinstalling all my windows in my Polara 2 dr ht and it
is taking forever to get everything lined up correctly. You know, even
spacing,
good fit to roof rail moulding,etc.  Any tricks or advice before I get back
on it tonight?
