[FWDLK] Web Site - Discussion Area

I whipped out a new "Discussion Area" on the web site... only took me
about 10 minutes (I'm starting to get good at this).

It's a place for "off list" discussion, where folks who don't have
regular email access can post a question or comment and get replies.

Oh, and by the way, I think I fixed the 'slow post' problem on the
/forsale pages, too, but I'm not sure yet.
