John,
I remember this article in Cars and Parts. The magazine got a lot of flak
for saying it was all original, but the experts noted the exterior color was
all wrong. The magazine apologised for messing up the tint in the printing
process.
   The magazine  article printed  the name of the owner ...if interested I
can dig up that issue.  I don't see any reference to the car being for sale,
however.
