[FWDLK] 60 Matador

I don't know a thing about early chryslers so I'm looking for opinions on a car I found. It's a 60 Matador 4dr sedan. 383 auto. It's been repainted and had all the chrome redone. It has 68,000 original miles. He has also replaced all the brake and fuel lines, springs, shocks, seals, radiator. He has a BUNCH of extra parts to go with it along with the service, parts, and owners manuals. The only thing It doesn't have that I would like is A/C. He is asking 4000$. Think this sounds like a good enough deal to drive six hours one way to look?
