Yes, my wife and I were at Spring Carlile. We met Dirk Brandwijk and his wife and 3 dhildren. We stayed at the same motel that they stayed at. My wife and I got to the field mid Thursday afternoon. She deceided to stay at the car, rest and stay warm while I went on the field for about 2 1/2 hours. I did see a 57 or 58 Plymouth convertable on a trailer in the car selling area. I can't remember how much it was selling for, but it was in nice shape. It wasn't there on Friday. Also a 56 Plymouth Sport Suburban asking $11,800. Nice, but surley not for that price (my opinion). Still there Saturday at noon. Dirk and I walked around for 10 hours on Friday. It finally warmed up to take the coat off. We had a real pleasant time as Dirk has a 55 Plymouth Belvedere 4 door. So with both us looking for the same parts, it made things better. Saturday my wife and I walked for 4 1/2 hours and headed home. We found a vendor who had all Mopar. But I found the prices VERRY high. Found a 55 Plymouth taillite lens for $45. Still setting there!! And some heat control valves for $110. He even had a 55 Plymouth door medalian for the Belvedere--1 for $60. So I just looked there and out from under the tent I went. I thought to myself, that I hope my prices on my parts I sell arn't too high that some one feels I'm robbing them. I enjoy putting a price on a part and then if someone wants to offer me less I may just take it as I really want to see these parts I got go to some one who needs them rather than have my kids take care of them after I leave this earth. Any way it was a good time and I did find some oil filters for my car and a few other items I needed. And the highlite was meeting Dirk and his family and finally putting a face to another great Forward Looking Member. Jack 55 Plymouth Belvedere
