Pay the $60!!
It's not worth the hassle or time to move 8 tires unless you
have the proper equipment to mount and dismount them. If you
intend to drive the car, you should also have the tires
balanced.
It's not going to be a winning game with tire irons!
Actually, if it's only $5 a tire in your area that's not
bad! It's $7 here in Michigan.
