About 10 years ago, I mentioned to my wife of 27 years how I missed the
63 Fury we used to date in when I wasn't street racing. She said
something to the effect that she was "tired of hearing about it and I
should just get an old car and get it out of my system."
So I did and then I started going to the drag strip and then I got another
old car and so it went until my wife said "it's either me or those
cars!" Sometimes I miss her, but most of all, I appreciate the extra
garage space.
