I had a 1962 Valiant Signet 2dr HT that had one.  They were standard equipment on 1959 Plymouth Sport Furys.  Also standard equipment on 1960 Chryslers, and optional on some 1961 Chryslers.  I believe that they were standard equipment on 1960-1961 Imperials.  Jim
