Hi Bill,
I have some expertise in this subject due to working with drag cars. Please note, these fixes will NOT look stock (sorry). Moroso and Summit both make Dead soft Aluminum Manifold Gaskets and Copper Manifold Gaskets. Both offer superior sealing and I have NEVER had either set leak once installed correctly. Also Earl's has a new gasket that is Aluminum stamped with o-rings that is supposed to be good, but I have not personally tried them yet. The caveat to this is, you must use Stage 8 brand locking manifold bolts OR drill and safety wire some plain jane stainless bolts. Also, you must torque the bolts to the specs and in the manner described in the maintenance manual. Do this and these two methods have always sealed my leaks and I have dealt with some of the most warped, screwed up manifolds and headers you will ever see. Just my 2 pennies,
