Sanderson's applications are easy:

 

DD3 fits early Chrysler Hemis

DD4 fits Dodge Hemis

DD5 fits Desoto Hemis

They don't make it any too easy...but,
DD1 fits small block wedge. 318, 340, 360
DD2 383 - 440
DD3 fits 331, 354, 392.
DD4 is for 231-330 small block hemi.
DD5 is a DD4 with a different bolt spacing.
They don't say what it fits.
DD6 is for the 426.
