Not unless it's a Diplomat with a 318... ...the '55
has a hemi, while domestic '59s have either a 361 or
383.

I'm told some early hemis use the same w/pump as a
318, but have never confirmed that, let alone
determined which ones (remember, each make of '50s
hemi is different, as are some years within the same make).
