[FWDLK] squealing brake

On my 56 Savoy, I have one wheel, the right front that squeals under medium
brake pressure. I thought of two things, take the drum off and sand the pad
a bit, maybe it's glazed.
The toe and heel adjustment is worng and that's causing the squeal.

Any other ideas.
