Hi Jack...A total of 142,000 Darts were sold in
1961. 66,100 Senecas, 38,600 Pioneers, and 37,300 Phoenixs.
This was a reduction from 1960 when 306,603 Darts were sold...I don't have a
break down of how many were 2 dr hdtps, 4doors, convertibles etc...
I have a 1961 Dodge Dart Phoenix D500 2 dr
hdtp. You may have seen it as it was featured in the December issue of SIA
auto...78,779 Polaras and Lancers were produced...So a total of 220,779
Dodges were produced in 1961. Any help I can give you, please email me...
