James.
If you want authentic, email Greg Leggatt at
Leggatt@kos.net
He supplied me with a repro wiring harness for my 57 Plymouth Fury.
It is totally 100% authentic, from the wire colors, to the terminal connectors,
to the black tape evenly correctly tied at the ends. He includes VERY detailed
labelling and instructions where everything goes-your pet monkey could
install it!
Also included are all those wires that other outfits would miss such
as the horn to horn jumper wire, the generator to voltage regulator loom,
neutral safety switch wire, engine to cowl ground wire, etc, etc...even
the cigar lighter wire.
And he charged $395 which included shipping. (To New Zealand)
And you don't need to send a sample-he uses original wiring looms of
his own as templates.
Greg replies quickly to emails, and he has helped me out with other
small items also.
Good luck.
Glenn Barratt,
57 Fury.

I am facing the prospect
of installing a new wiring harness in my 59 Dodge. Has anyone done this?
Any tips? Do's or don'ts? A local shop charges $350 to do it. Not sure
I trust them tearing my car apart to do the deed, but is it the way to
go? James1959 Dodge
