Fiat stands for FINE ITALIAN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGIE. I know, I have a
1977 124 spider with a twin cam 1756, 5speed and 4 wheel discs. When
they came out new in 1968 they blew away all of the others with these
features. And the top goes up and down with one hand...
