Actually that's the way this list was originally set up, and there was no
small amount of debate when it was changed to the current format.  The
reason it was changed, it many people began carrying on personal
conversations over the list; irrelevant to the rest of us.  This is what is
defined as "chatter" -- and trust me, with 450 people on the list, it's much
better this way.  =)

I would agree. the best way to make that happen, at least by my browser, is
to hit "Reply all" instead of just "Reply". Is there anyway of setting the
group settings so that a regular reply goes to the list instead of the
original sender??
