Check the hydraulic Brake Switch, next to the Brake Master Cylinder, a sure cause of lock up after a long storage. Sediment causes the switch to remain closed. Remove and flush with Brake Cleaner, using the small capillary tube of the spray can to clean out all the sediment. Then replace wires to it to see if it remains open. Reattach brake lines and bleed.
