Well, Everything is done and I took a ride last night. Everything seems to be working just fine. The best part is that I didn't need to make a bracket. The Delco alternator hooked right up after I just turned the existing bracket around and bolted it back up. It is VERY secure and wont even budge. At first my car wouldn't turn over, but it turned out to be that the coil wires needed to be reversed. Then she fired up like a shot. The only concern I have is my temp gauge. It seemed to be doubled so I will put a reducer on it tonight. None of the other gauges seem to be affected, but I will probably put reducers on the fuel gauge as well. I don't plan on using the radio, so I took out the fuse and removed the tubes from the back, so that we didn't have any accidents and fry it.
