In the newest issue of Car Collector Magazine, a 1956 Desoto Cnvertible is
featured. It is an article on page 27. Here's what it says:


A Standout vehicle anywhere, but especially among the plethora of Chevys and
Fords, this competently restored and well presented 1956 Desoto Fireflyte
Indy Pace Car replica with its 225-horsepower Hemi engine and rare 16 2/3
rpm underdash record player (with a giant alternator to power it) brought
$36,750

I know Fireflite is misspelled, but that is exactly how they did it!
