Having just done this on a '59 Firesweep, I can tell ya' it's not too hard.  To add to Zach's description though, you will also the need vacuum resevoir, the pedal assembly, pushrod, and whole bracket from inside of the car, and the "backing plate" under the m/c under the hood.  It's slightly different.

 

I would also recommend getting real 1/2" vacuum line.  Otherwise it has a tendency to collapse under suction.

Well, Nick, if the power brake set-up is coming off the same basic type of car, then it should be easy. Unbolt the pwer booster from the doaner car and remove your manual master cylinder from your car and bolt the power booster on in place of it. I would only install the booster if I knew it were good, otherwise, I'd rebuild it first, then install it. Once you've installed it on your car, I suspect that you'll find a "pipe" plug on the intake, which you'd remove and then install  a 3/8" "barb", or fuel line type fitting (usually brass, check Pep Boys) that a 3/8" rubber fuel hose will connect to, and then to the booster.
