I'll tell ya, if you've found a shop willing to do it for that price, get after it. Seriously though, you are going to need a press for the upper and lower ctrl arm bushings and idler arm bushing or pay a shop to press them for you. There is no way around it. You will definitely need the special socket for the ball joints, most parts stores have them in the loan-a-tool program. Other than that it's a straight forward job. Just be prepared to sweat a lot. Note: put some good lube on the torsion bar anchor bolts and relieve as much pressure from them as you can before you move them. They damage easily and are impossible to find. Jon |
