[FWDLK] cop car?

I've located a VERY nice '59 Savoy I may buy, and I have suspiscions that it
may be a former cop car. What are the signs of this if the car was
repainted? On thwe dash, the heater, rado, and other things have been
removed, with flat contoured panels in their place that look like they were
that way from the factory.
