arrange for a method of payment.
Repeat-- you now must confirm your order, with Coker, and arrange for a
method of payment now or lose your discount.
The regular price of this tire will be $162.00. Our price will be $145.50.

"Hello Dr. Tony,
I hope this e-mail finds you doing well.
We will be closing out the list for this tire on April 30th, 2002. All
members that are on the list by this date will be entitled to the rate of
145.50/tire plus applicable freight as we agreed upon earlier. Because of
the demand that we have for this tire, we will have to be very strict with
this cut-off date. This is an exclusive deal we have with the members of
your list only.
Please inform the members that are already on the list that they need to
call and speak to Rosie Andersen at extension 241 to confirm their order and
arrange for a method of payment.
Rosie will be coordinating the efforts for making sure all the orders are
entered and shipped.
I cannot emphasize enough the importance of the members to contact Rosie
only. If they try to contact other members of the sales team, they may not
receive the proper discount.
We appreciate your help and I will contact you when we receive the first
tire which should be within the next couple of weeks.
