[FWDLK] 56 Plymouth under hood color

I have a friend working on a 56 Plymouth and his question is
about the underside of the hood...  Was it black with the supports painted
body color.  I was told thats the way it should be,  and it would look
really cool,  but I don't know.  And the judge at the mopar show will tag me
in a second if its wrong
