I'm in the Detroit area and have a '55 C300. I need to know if there is
anyone around Detroit capable of fixing my speedometer. The odometer works
but the speedometer itself doesn't which leads me to believe that something
broke other than the cable. It seems to me that I heard from someone in the
area last year who does that kind of repair but I lost the info when my old
computer crashed. Also I need to know if there is anyone in the Detroit
area who either has replacements or is capable of repairing the master
switch on the driver's door for the power windows. The switch currently
operates the rear windows and is able to bring up the front window on the
passenger side but it won't lower the passenger window and is totally
useless with regards to the driver's side window. Any info on these matters
would be greatly appreciated.
