Personally, I would get it recored. Things that stop leaks may work great,
but I question the permanence of them. I'd say the leak stoppers were more
to help you limp home, or possibly to the radiator shop. I suppose its
because I don't like to drive with something "works", but isn't "fixed". I
don't think anyone wants to spring a leak on the highway at night (it
wasn't fun), and I just can't see any reason to leave it to chance...
