A MUCH more interesting question is: What will the City of Tulsa DO with
the car, right after they un-earth it? It will take some time to locate
the "lucky-winner", & " he'll " have to receive a 1099
"ordinary-income-tax" form from Tulsa, representing the "Fair Market
Value" on the car, & be prepared to pay income tax on the "cash" value
of the car, or sell (!!) it, to pay the tax-liability, and/or arrange to
transport it somewhere, & THEN arrange to overhaul it, mechanically.
I suspect that "Tulsa' will "move" the car to some "safe-place",
immediately, & then will restrict public-access (contact) with it,
pending contact w/the "lucky winner" (after all, ifn it's YOUR car,
would you want a bunch of philistines "pawing" all-over it?
We'll be there, anyway, if only for the 'circus'.
