Seriously though, there have been ads running in HMN for rusty frames with
titles, I quizzed the guy about what 1934 Plymouths chassis with titles he
might have and he said he would need a vin number and he could come up with
the title.
Yeah, right. . .this amounts to buying a Bill of Sale based on Your Numbers
which you take to your BMV as documentation.
