Re: [FWDLK] eBay Quasi-Cheaters

Dave
I am getting mixed signals from your email. I eBay all the time and correct me if I am wrong but if I see an item I bid on it! I am not one to wait until the last minute to try and chisel the seller. As for the price, I would think that wheel is worth more than $100! Not sure if this was a tease job but I can certainly tell you that if I had needed that wheel and I contacted the seller and he agreed to sell right away I would have taken it. Not sure what "rules" you play by but I have been to auctions over the past 50 years and if you don't bid you are the only one to blame for not winning. Last but not least, I have had nothing to do with this auction. I do not ordinarily respond to emails like this but this one rubbed me the wrong way. Did you contact the seller? Did you bid?(according to the listing the bids were zero) Did the seller end early because he realized he should have put a reserve on it? Who knows until the other side has been heard from. I suggest you contact him and see if you can find out any more information.
just my $.05 worth cuz 2 don't cut it anymore

I'd like to take a moment to express my general displeasure in the premature ending of this auction. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1863601842 It was due to end later today or tomorrow sometime. I'm getting mixed signals on that between my bookmark and the actual auction. However, the seller ended the auction, most likely because someone e-mailed him and pushed his greed button. I'd just like to say that when you're trying to find parts for these cars, and people sit there and tease you with them, it makes the whole endeavor a lot more frustrating. I'm sure there's more than one of us who could have used this part, and maybe one of us has ended up with it, but is it too much to ask for everyone to play by the rules?                                                                                                                                                 &n! bsp;           Dave Casey, still looking for the elusive power steering wheel with no cracks. . .
