Hello Everyone, I have just returned home to Australia from a trip around the Memphis area, where I was attending Jerry Lee Lewis' 67th birthday party. Although primarily a Rock and Roll trip I did turn up the odd Forward Looker. East of Memphis, outside Collierville there is a small yard containing mostly parts cars, but I wanted to share them with you all why there are still there. I didn't get the whole story, but I believe the yard is to be cleared and that these vehicles may be crushed. Here's what lies within.:1960 Dodge Dart sedan x 2, 1961 Dodge Dart sedan x 2, 1962 Dodge 880 sedan, 1956 Dodge 4dr sedan, 1955 Dodge Coronet 2dr h/t. 1958 Dodge Custom Royal 2dr h/t. 1957 Chrysler New Yorker 4dr h/t.1955 Plymouth Belvedere 4dr sedan V8. Also assorted Fords, Chevrolets with the odd Cadillac, Edsel, Mercury and Buick thrown in. These cars have been sitting a long time and many have sunken into the soft earth, but for parts, or at $300-$400 each car you can't really go wrong. Hwy 57 Salvage is the yard and the gentleman who owns it is Kenneth Mc Intyre. He can be contacted on 465 42 50. Sorry I don't have the area code. But it is just outside Memphis. I hope some of you can use these vehicles. Please feel free to email me for any information on these cars or directions to the yard. Regards, Andrew in Australia. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Need an answer fast?
