My buddy used to work at SMS (in Portland, Oregon).
They are usually running behind schedule with so much
sales that they hardly have time to reply. That also means
you can't threaten then with going somewhere else.
They have lots to do. Doug is a good guy. Give him a call.

Hello,
Has anyone e-mailed SMS and never got a reply? I emailed them about a week
ago and still nothing. I've wrote to them before (US Postal) and received
letters back but not all of my questions are answered. They usually leave
a note to call with my questions. Now that's all well and good but I want
my questions answered in writing. I've heard good and bad about them and
I'm not about to give up what's taken me a good six months to put aside
for my door panels. I'm not going to deal with someone who only goes by
phone conversation for something I'll quite possibly spend $1000 for. There's
alot of details that need to be gone over and I want to make sure there
down where they can be read by the maker. I'm open to opinions. Thanks
for all of your help in advance.Take
Care,Frank
