[FWDLK] Rear speaker fader for 57/58 Plymouth.

Hi.
Has anyone on the List got the original mounting instructions for the
rear speaker fader on a 57/58 Plymouth?
Or does anyone have an original car with factory-fitted rear speaker
fader who can tell me the mounting location in their car?
I always thought that it was mounted on the dash below the heater
control slide, facing down towards the floor, but there is evidence of
it being mounted in a different position on some cars.
