[FWDLK] Codes for my 58 Plymouth

Hello everyone in Forwardlook Land,

 

I was wondering if any of you could help me figure out what all the codes on my 58 Belvedere's Id tag mean. I tried to post them on the message board, but the format got screwed up and made it difficult to understand.
