It will have the proper sized drill, special tap and replacement threads that screw right into the old holes to bring the screw size pack to correct. USE LOTS OF OIL, and don't forget to back the tap up every turn or so to break the chips off so they don't clog the hole. Blow the chips out of the hole before you attempt to insert the helicoil, using the special tool. (You MAY have to buy the tool separately.) There may be other brands (Keensert is one) of replacement thread inserts to use--ask the counterman.
