Re: Han's comment on the "DMV" (or: "MVD", depending upon the particular
State) experience, in registering a car, please try to
locate a SMALL TOWN  office to conduct your transaction--you will
(should) receive considerably better "personalized"  service, & the
personnel can 'walk' you through the red-tape.

At least that's what happens in MY small CA town--you can walk-in, @ any
time, & have no more than a  "0" -to- 10-minute wait (depending on the
type of transactions being conducted, by the 3 DMV clerks.

A "Lost-puppy-dog" expression always helps, in a small-town--people LIKE
to help you!
