I figgered it out!! If the guesses are @ ALL "close", T-Town will have
to wait until the 2010
census, & then extrapolate-backwards, averaging the populations between
2000 & 2010.
In the Wide World of American Litigation, a 3-year "wait" is not
unusual.
Besides, after 50 years, "what's" 3-more years??
