If it is Frank Kleptz, he has many cars, and he and his son have competed for many years in the Great American Race, in a 1903 car, I believe. I've been to his musuem, which is an old supermarket, and it's full of cars and Automobilia. Nice man, but very old I think now, and I think I reaqd he was unable to run the race for the last few years. His son ran without him.
