Minnesota is lucky to have a very large club in the MSRA (10,000 members) http://www.msra.com/ , which is second only to the NSRA. They have a full time professional lobby to protect our hobby rights. 1. Collector plates: $25 one time. No annual fee. 2. Only a rear collector plate required. Year of manufacture plates OK. 3. Blue dots legal. 4. NO scrappage program or even a hint of one. 5. No mandatory inspections. Pollution inspections discontinued. 6. Sales tax on collector cars: one small fee instead of 6% for driver cars.
