Definitely a 1959 Buick.  Note the flat level roof, large wrap around rear
window, wrap around windshield and the dog-leg A pillar.  They all scream
1959-60 GM 4-door hardtop.

The 1961 Chrysler has the fins starting at the front door and sweeping up to
the. rear.  The 1959-60 Buicks had a rear fin that rose very little, using
the slope of the trunk to create a fin effect.
