This car is NOT legitimate. The give away is the so-called factory-installed A/C. Chrysler of Canada did not offer A/C on Canadian-built cars until 1965. In 1965 Canadian-built Chrysler brand cars could be had with factory installed A/C, but the rest of the company line had to do with a dealer-installed, underdash "Cool Air" units. The parts catalogue did not have a section 24 A/C parts until 1966. 1965 was the first time heaters were standard equipment, although prior to that they were listed as a "mandatory option". And as I said, Chrysler of Canada did not build cars with special, imported engines. If you wanted a 1957 Dodge with a D-501 set up, Chrysler of Canada would import a Hamtramck-built Dodge for you. Just plunk down your cash, plus import duties, taxcs and fees. I can say all this as I have a collection of Chrysler of Canada brochures, ads, service manuals, parts books, etc. that go back fifty years. And I have some pieces that date back to the 1920's.
